Distribute HR Organizational Structure via ALE

We are currently on My SAP ERP (ECC 6 ) and have multiple other systems (e.g. eRecruiting, SRM etc) connected to our ECC system via ALE.

We are using a distributed landscape when it comes to sending HR Organizational data (Org units,positions etc.) from ECC to these target systems.

We have a requirement to send only a part of the organization structure ( e.g. one or multiple departments) to one target system and the whole Org. Structure to another target system.

So for e.g. if we have 3 departments A, B,C and 2 target systems (system 1 and 2), the requirement would be as follows:

Any changes to department B and C (i.e. the parent org units and the org. structure below these parents) should be replicated in System 1 but Blocked for System 2.

And any changes to department A (i.e. the parent org unit and the org. structure below this parent) should be replicated in System 1 and System 2.

Does anyone currently use ALE to replicate HR Org. Structure ?

If so, we would appreciate if you could share your approach / experience in doing this.

Can you also share any Pros/Cons in accomplishing above requirement ?

Hi Nash,

You can do it by setting filters for the BAPI's and Message Types.
