Flash file for hierarchy Visualisation missing

Hi Guys,

Am getting this error: Flash file for hierarchy Visualisation missing meanwhile have installed the related ABAP Add-on EmbOrgCh 605, have activated the graphical hierarchy visualization, and the Business Function HCM_PD_UI_1.

I also cant seem to find the service in transaction sicf for NAKISA_ORGCHART

Ant tips on this?

You can check the OADP structure and ensure correct evaluation paths are correctly assigned!

Hi,

The installation was done correctly by Basis I assume but the same error reoccurs.

One thing though, the service /sap/public/BusinessSuite/NAKISA_ORGCHART/ in the SICF transaction is not available. Is this a possibility for the error?

Please advice on the way forward.

Yes that can be the error, Please install again as indicated , it should solve the issue

Hi,

I no longer get the flash file error however, am getting this new error Config. of categories missing for hier. MSSEESELECT. Am certain it relates to the configuration of organisational chart visualisation.

The only setting I have made on this activity is activating the hierarchy on Maintain Transferred Organizational Chart Configuration.

Is there an additional configuration I need to do?
