SAP OSS Note : *697492* ALE: Bank master data updated - DEBMAS

Hi Experts,

Process :

We are trying to update Customer Bank Details via Customer Master Interface . So we will be passing Bank Country , Bank Key and Bank Account No from (source system) to the IDOC (DEBMAS).

The approach is ,we will make sure that all Bank master (Bank keys) are loaded in SAP prior to Customer Master Load.

+Technical Issue :

+Now the issue we are facing at the time of Customer Bank details updation is that even though Bank key exists in SAP ,system asks for Bank Name and IDOC results into error as mentioned in screenshot below .

"Fill all required fields SAPLBANK 0100 BNKA-BANKA

Solution :

For resolution of issue shown above , we have come across SAP OSS Note : 697492 ALE: Bank master data updated while vendor distribution .

Question is does this OSS Note also implies for DEBMAS or it is only meant for CREMAS ??

Please suggest.
