Hello,
We are in the process of testing two FTOs (FTO1 and FTO2) for the AES filing in GTS with feeder system as ECC.
These two FTOS are assigned to two different pricing procedures in ECC (indirectly via sales orgs). Both pricing procedures have the condition type GRWR for sending statistical value over to GTS.
The statistical value is transferring correctly to GTS when we create a proforma invoice in FTO1 and the same is missing in FTO2 documents.
Here is some more info:
The customs declaration of FTO1 has both u201CValue of Goods u201Cand u201CValue for Foreign Trade Statistics (Statistical Value)u201D populated with correct amount for all items in the "Cust.Value" tab.
Value of Goods is populated correctly with ECC net value of the item
Statistical Value is populated correctly with ECC GRWR amount
The customs declaration of FTO2 has correct u201CValue of Goods u201Cbut not u201CValue for Foreign Trade Statistics (Statistical Value)u201D.
Value of Goods is populated correctly with ECC net value of the item
Statistical Value is populated with zero amount.
What am I missing either in ECC or GTS?
Thanks,
Venkat
Hi Venkat,
The transfer to GTS is dependent on filling Sub-total 'C' in the Pricing Procedure, and that is not necessarily related to Condition Type GRWR.
Check the Foreign Trade data in the Billing Item. When you can see the Statistical Value there, then you should also find values in the GTS Export Declaration.
JFYI, the Goods Value in GTS is copied from the Net Value in the Billing Item, so not related to the Statistical Value, and not particularly related to the detail of the Pricing Procedure.
Regards,
Dave
