4). Packing.

I have two identical sales order. One has been through all the process (resources) and showed in the DS Planning board but, other one has not shown up there. It happens to me couple of times that such sales order do not show up at the resource level. Where should I check and correct? Aslo which way can I follow up these missing sales order? and What shoud I do if this situation happens?

Thanks

Shaan.

313,

Since you asked the question, I can assume that you don't have an "S" number. speak to the person in your company who administers your SAP Service Marketplace account (this is usually someone on your Basis team), who can obtain one for you.

Or, you can try on your own. A few stars have to be in alignment for the second method to work.

Dear Shaan,

Could you please check using the standard planning board profile like SAP001 and see if the sales order still are missing from display ?

If this is not the case then the cause of this issue could be that the decision steps for the sales order display or the graphical object for sales order is not properly customized.

Otherwise please check if note 1406120 is already implemented.

Tibor

Hi,

I don't understand how sales orders can be seen at resource level in DS planning board. It is the planned order -created to fulfill the sales order- will be displayed in the resource level. Do you mean the planned orders only? If so, make sure that planning run is done and planned order has been created to fulfill your sales order. You can verify this in product view (/SAPAPO/RRP3). Then you come to DSPB and check the planned order is displayed.
