Shopping cart workflow retriggering

Hi Experts,

I have implemented n-level process controlled shopping cart workflow in SRM 7.0.

Workflow is getting re-triggered when the workflow creator is changing the SC during approval.

In addition to the above standard process my requirement is to re-trigger (restart) the workflow also when approver changes the shopping cart.

How can this be achieved?

Hi,

You have configured approval with completion, when the approver change the SC if you want to restart the workflow then you have to implement the restart Badi /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS_RESTART.

Thanks a lot for your inputs.

I found out that this BADI is called even when the Approve button is clicked on.

Any idea how to find out how to control the BADI process according to the event?

Want to re-trigger workflow only on shopping cart change.
