Deliveries pending for PGI

Hi

When i run Tcode vl06g manually, it gives me list of all deliveries pending for PGI. I want to schedule and send this list only to my users.

But when i schedule this programme to run in background it actually processes all the deliveries.

I wish to send the list only to my users...

Please guide..

Dear skbagaria1977,

As i understood

If you want to send the list of the goods issue document to you internal users there is a option in "VL06G".

Where you enter execution parameters and execute, then you can find a send option (cntrl+f7) click this and enter your internal users in recipient column.

If you want to write any message you can write in the document content, and shot the send icon (shift+f8).

You can see this document in business work place T- code"SBWP".

Check your inbox.

Hope this will fix you issue.

The above three comments does not convey your requirement clearly. When you say you want to schedule in background, system will then do PGI and having said this, do you mean to say you want to the PGId list to be sent to users or before doing PGI, the list should be sent to users. Nevertheless, in VL06G, from top menu bar, click on "System > List > Send so that, the mail box will open and you can send the list to users.
