Delete Basic Pay by PA30 SAP-HR

Dear friends,

when I delete basic pay of an employee for a particular year

from production server then this message occurs "Previous record from 01.04.2009

to 31.08.2010 extended to 31.12.1999

but this message does not occur in quality server due to which end date is not shown as 31.08.2010

it is showing 31.12.1999

that is happening in quality server only.

it is a customizing issue. ask your functional consultant to customize infotype time settings in V_T591A view.

Can you give me some idea to do by my self , how can I add time constriants in infotype,

Goto PM01-> Enter Infotype 0008 -> Check the time constraints in both the Production as well as Quality Servers, Check if any customizations are done in the infotype properties and change according to your requirement.

To take your guidence i did following steps.

1- enter tcode PM01.

2-enter infotype 0008.

3- click on infotype characteristics.

4-in Time constraint Put "T".

5- save

if you think that i deserve for the forum points then pls.
