DISPLAY PODs OK - locked for input - internet explorer not responding

Dear all,

After installation of SAP ME 6.0 we verified if we could acces the POD.

The POD was displayed all right, but seems to allow no input;



Display Screen: OK but

No possibility to enter operation and workcenter

The screen seems to get in a locked mode - internet explorer does not respond anymore....

Internet Explorer version 8.0.6001.18702

We get the same problem with all users defined in site 1000 (own site)

Has anyone experienced this problem??

    Possible culprit can be your Antivirus, McAfee has an script scan option which scans every Java script, this is known to slow down the SAP ME POD.

    Also try accessing SAP ME using from the no add-ons IE (can be found in your system tools). Might help with the performance.

    However we have found that the performance of the pod is better if we use an "IE Plugin" in firefox and access SAP ME.

    You can try that.
