FI_ACCPAYB, Re-load archived vendor master data

Hello gurus.

I have a client that have been archiving vendor master data using the SARA transaction and object FI_ACCPAYB.

However, it apperas that there are vendor master data that shouldnt have been archived. As such, i have been reviewing the current documentation on how to run the reload program (we are runnign ECC 6) .

Now the function for reloading the master data is not accessible to me.

ie. i goto SARA, enter FI_ACCPAYB and then under the 'Go to' menu the reload option is not active.

I have been trying this out using different authorization settings, including SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW. and i can't get to it.

Any ideas???

Thank you for your input on this issue.

it is not forseen, where did you read that you can reload archived vendors?

Goto AOBJ customizing of archiving object.

go into the detail of FI_ACCPAYB

you can see that no reload program is entered there, that is the reason why the menu path is greyed and cannot be executed.

Jürgen, Thank you for your answer. It was most helpful.

I now see that i am looking at 4.7 documentation, where a reload program (SAPF059) is defined.

I understand taht SAP has removed this option for ECC 6
