Sure. Assuming you can define what the error conditions consist of, you can use a Validation transform. Or you can multiplex the output of any transform into two (or more) streams, sifting out good from bad inside, typically, Query transforms, just writing the good-vs-bad rules in the WHERE clauses. Or do the same in a Case transform, which might be nice if you've got lots of flavors of "bad" and want to separate them. Usually easy to find bad records; what gets more interesting, technically and politically, is in deciding what to do about them.
