Dear all,

I just use Batch Input RFBIDE00 to create customer for data migration. I got problem because it contains no filed like Email adress in table BKNA1, they are in table ADD*.

How can i use RFBIDE00 to create customer with address data? Or i must use BAPI to create them?

Thanks for all reply.

Dear Tracy,

please kindly read the two SAP notes:

384462 Master data and addresses

306275 Transferring address data

The two SAP notes which explains the problematic between the

Customer Master and the Central Address Management. Please check

specially note 306275. With help of object BUS4001 the data transfer

should be possible.

The explanation is that the LSMW transaction calles the Batch Input

programs RFBIDE00 or RFBIKR00, which deal respectively with the

KNA1 or LFA1 structures. The new address data separately saved in new

own tables from the Business Address Services (BAS). This data can be

retrieved as explained in note 306275.

Another tip which might help you here is to set the field USE_ZAV = X.

Like this, as in this case you would to use fields from the Central

Address Management, the system should then enable you to. This checkbox

can be found in transaction SHDB. For example, when recording

transaction VAP11, on the first screen (Create Contact person: Initial

Screen), please select the checkbox 'Use central address management'.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I have cheked this OSS. It means i have to upload master data with BDC , then i should use BAPI to upgrade the addressdata ?`

Can i write BDC and BAPI in one program and do the migration together one time?

This can be seen under "correspondance" Tab
