Bapi / FM for ATP Quantity?

What is the perfect bapi / fm to get the proper ATP quantities?

I've tried to use FM "AVAILABILITY_CHECK" to get my ATP quantity but it seems as though the numbers are 1 less than what I see in MD04 transaction and I can't determine why.

I've also tried to use "BAPI_MATERIAL_STOCK_REQ_LIST" but not sure how I would find out what the ATP QTY is from the numbers I'm getting back.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be apprciated.
