I have a very basic doubt but not able to get answer from people around me, so i hope all experts would clear it out.
My question is that when we have to convert a lead into opportunity what is the correct way to do it, it should be done by :
1.) Action Profile : by creating conditions based on which lead should be converted into opportunity ,using follow up transactions
2.)Maintaining workflow settings : OOCU and crm-btx-lea ,going through assigning agent and activating event linkage.
Your input would be of great help to me....
