Material code is not getting printed

User has sent following mail. What Can be the possible reason.

We have an issue here in Broome.

We have code 5779 in the system to produce here.

The code comes through on our production planning

report (YPPLAN). however this code is not coming through

or printing on our Pick Request sheets which we print out

everyday. Also it is not coming through onto the

customers delivery docket or loadsheet docket.

Could you please check into this as quickly as possible

as this has ben happening for the last two days and this

product is in production everyday.

This material not included in production planning report (YPPLAN) means pl ease check whether you have included this code for production for these two days. Please debug the report onse. Hope it works. Thanking you.
