Ecommerce is loading wrong catalog from TREX

Hi SDN,

We are using ecommerce 7.0 for SAP ERP with TREX 7.01.45.

There are 5 catalogues replicated to the TREX --> CH, PT, ES, FR, IT. Mostly thats running fine and all is ok.

But some times, the ecommerce loads the wrong catalog from TREX. I go to the italian shop and there the english catalog is loaded.

If i go to http://server:port/application/admin/index.jsp there i see that the catalog IT is loaded. But if i have a look at the ecommerce, the datas are wrong and not from the italian catalog!

If i reboot the ecommerce server and reload it again, all is ok. So the problem could not be on the TREX datas. The ecommerce is the problem.

But i don't know where to find this error? The configurations are 100% right.

I could not debug the ecommerce application because thats already live. On the testsystem we do not have this error.

Do you have some ideas?

Thanks and best regards,

Toni

We've never found the reason why this error occured.

But we know how to fix it.

You have to clean up the TREX-tables SRETIDCTAT, SRETIDCAT, SRETIDLACD. But you do not have to clean up all the entries in this tables! Only the entries for type CATALOG.

Please ask SAP for the right documentation to to this.

We have opened an OSS and then received a document to clean up this tables.

    Best regards,

    Toni
