Error When Processing Node'000----'

Hi,

I am trying to do Approve the Travel Request.

I am getting one error while executing that.

That message am getting is the following lines..

Message Text Error when processing node '0000000372' (ParForEach index 000000)

Exception 8987

Error Type 1

Area SWP

Message 88

Variable 1 0000000372

Can anybody help me to solve this issue?

Dear Pramila,

This error happens while there is no agent found for the rule or the multiline container for the agents is blank. I'm sure you can debug the FM/Method which is fetching the agents and figure out what went wrong.

Hello,

Assuming you put those *********** there, the problem is as it suggests, there is no chief position defined for that user.

Have a look at the hierarchy in transaction PPOSW. How to fix it? Have the organizational structure fixed, or input a different user. You could also figure out whee the resulting username was going to go, fill it with an appropriate value and resume the workflow.

Hello,

Look in the org structure (eg transaction PPOSW). Does that user have a manager?

If not, that's the problem. You'll have to update the HR structure so that he does have a manager.

I assume this is on a Test system?
