NWBC 3.0 -> Transaction BTP_SGI_CALLBACK%20P is unknown error

Hi All,

I am getting an error while calling a classic SAP GUI transaction from NWBC 3.0 i.e.

Transaction BTP_SGI_CALLBACK%20P is unknown

I checked in the system and see that the transaction BTP_SGI_CALLBACK exists but unfortunately this error persists.

Kindly advice what might be causing this issue.
