Customer Specific Warranty

Dear All,

I am New to this site so kindly request every one to help me out if any mistake while i am posting.

I am working on a Project where they want to have warranty specific to customer not material wise.They are in to Manufacturing industry so they are bit concern on after sales services. Presently they are doing all the process manually and they need to capture lots of information on the same.

Complain Registration-> Problem Identification/Details->Checking the warranty on the same time->They need to know the components in case of replacement.

Expecting any one can give me guidance on the same.

    Please note the customer specific warranty, probabaly comes under Customer Service.
