Process Chain help

hi gurus,

I am new to process chains. I am trying to load data from a flat file to ODS using process chain.Its a simple one.i followed the steps given sap.help...I am getting the following error

Job BI_PROCESS_LOADING could not be scheduled. Termination with returncode 8

How do i tackle this error....pls help
