Contract Release Strategy

Hi

Any way in Contract change the target qty also re-trigger the release strategy.

Bcoz, as in contract no subtotal avilable, if any change in contract is not triggered the release strategy again, only if the price change will cause the release strategy re-trigger (As also the release indicator only looking for % value change).

Appreciated any solution for this.

Hi

The contract target quantity is mention for the long term purchase from the vendor.

Any time you are procuring the material reference from the contract you have to create a p.o.

So automaticalyy the system will check the release creteria ( ex GNETW- total value of document), if you change the document either it will trigger or not based on the release indicator mention in the release stratergy.

1.cannot be changed

2.changeable no new determination of strategy

3.changeable ,new release in case of release strategy

4.changeable ,new release in case of release strategy or value change

5.changeable ,new release if new strategy / outputted

6.changeable ,new release if new strategy/value changed/outputted.

So if you change the target quantity in the contract the release strategy wont trigger.
