BI 4.0 Launch pad freezes

Hi,

When opening an Interactive Analysis document through the BI4.0 Launch pad, refreshing it and leaving it for about 10-15 minutes it starts to hang / freezes and I have to close down and re-open the launch pad.

I have searched SAP notes but can't find anything that fits - any ideas / experiences?

The installation is version 4.0 SP1 patch 5

try upgrading to Sp02 Patch 2.5 and make sure your browser and jvm are supported.

if the issue continues - open a support Incident to get help from SAP

I which guide can I see if my browser and jvm is supported? - can't seem to find it.

And we are planning an upgrade to SP2 soon. Hopefully it will work. However, I can see this was also an issue with InfoView so I'm a bit unsure if it will actually work.
