Problem with IAC iviews in EP

Dear All

We have a problem with threads in EP 6 SP9. When we access the View(IAC based) with backend as SRM/BW, a process is generated in backend system (SM04 to check it) for the particular transaction.

If the same iview is clicked again , it creates another process instead of using the eralier one which is still active. This leads to a number of processes been created.

We have used SSO with logon tickets .

Any idea why is this happening? Is any configuration set up being missed out.

This only hapeens for IAC iviews. WinGUI do not give this problem.
