Customized values of connected system not viewable in BPM

Hi,

I am setting up small prototype for BPM using SAP Template Solution. Now, under application monitor, while defining the backlog indicators: Sales Order, when i go to particular key figure for e.g, Orders with Delivery Block and try to get data from satellite system as which sales order type needs to be considered so that i can define threshold values, its showing me only SAP Std Values like Sales Doc Type as OR, AA,AV, etc and not customized values of configuration lke ZOR, etc.

But when i log into connected system, i can see all values. RFC is also from SolMan to respective client only.

Please advice as what could be possible reasons.

Regards,

Suchit

    Hi Suchit

    The sympton seems really strange.

Do you know which ST-A/PI your backend system (ERP system) uses ? <ST-A/PI version N ?>

Maybe you can load backend repositry once again by doing following operation.

Go to BPMon setup session in solman => under the basic settings (top in left menu) =>Update Central Application Monitoring Repository => Load Monitor => Choose your target ERP system.

(If you look at how to use template guide, page 26 of "Setting up BPMon via a SAP Template Solution 7.1 " that is avaialble

service market place (http://service.sap.com/bpm -> media library - > Technical information. you can see this info).

    Hope it solves the issue.

    Best Regards
