Regarding firming of the planned order

Dear Sir,

My client requirement is that my planned order should be firmed for 06 days, initias, so as the sechdule line for the vendors should also be firmed.if any new requirement is come the same should be shifted to outside the firming period.

In material master of the finished material i have put MRP parameter as P1 and planing time fence as 06 days,. Now after running thr MRP, system generate the planned order after the end of the planing time fence.

2nd.

If i put MRP type PD and run MRP.planned order is coming properly.

also when i changed the amterial master from PD to P!1 and run MRP for the same material, with delete and recreate options.System is giving the planned order firmed perfectly. Also if any change in the requirement is coming , the same is coming at the end of the planing time fence

Please help me , how to meet the client expectation
