MRP

Dears,

We need the PIR to be consumed when Stock moves from location EX01 (plant g003) to FG01 location (plant g003).

Although FG01 is an MRP excluded location, yet we need PIR to be consumed when stock moves out of EX01, in order to create proper balance.

    Prerna,

    1. what strategy are u using?

    2. do you create reservation for the material in ex01 sloc?

if you use consumption indicator "3" in md61 user settings then pir will be consumed not only with cuwtomer requirements but also with reservations.

please close other threads if you are satisfied

      Dear All

When ever we Use Strategy we should thoroughly check what is the Requirement type we are using Like for strategy 40 KSV that means customer Requirements and when u run MD61 click on User Parameters give Requirement Type KSV or LSF or KEK

then proceed for the dates and requirements and save now run MRP at that time MD02 at the Planning mode keep 3 so that recent planned orders get deleted and new Planning Takes Place

      Same as Strategy 10

      with regards
