Hello All,
Actually i am looking for a solution to disable printing at local printer for some inbound order which the user process.
But spool is required to be generated.
We have assigned the user LOCL as output device.
Can you please suggest how to achieve this.

Hi
In the user authorization you can find the auth object SPODEVICE in that you might be assign the locl just remove that then your problem will be solved. If the same user wants to use any other printer you assign the print output device in the user id properties

I doubt if the printing tiggered by report can be changed otherwise, but yes it can be tried as option for particular user in su01 default tab, if the printer is set as LOCL and output immediately can tried as unchecked.

Ajay,
Go into the user's ID, SU01 and under "properties" you can uncheck "print immediately" and make sure "Delete after Output" is also unchecked.

Hello Michael,
There are two option "Output immediately" and "delete after output".
The first one i guess is for spool output and not for printing.
In the program there are settings like "Print Immediately" but that is system wide for all users.
For all users it should be printed immediately for this user its not required.
How to achieve this.
Output device is LOCL.

in SPAd you can set as generate spool request only. or while printing you can use not immediately option in printer specification.
