Regarding CRMD_ORDER Transaction - Dates Tab

Hi Experts,

In crmd_order transaction after opening some business transaction ( By providing Transaction number ) In Business activity - we are getting Activities , Partner data areas . In that in Dates Tab - Planned Dates , Actual Dates , Activity : Planned Total Duration , Actual Total Duration , Extended by Duration is there with Duration and Unit.

I need to know from where Activity : Planned Total Duration and Actual Total Duration is getting picked up , based on what logic its getting calculated.

since its from CRMT_ALV_DATES_UI-DURATION , not able to find out from where it is retrieved. even after executing the trace i didnt get any input.

Help me out please.

Thanks & Regards,

Priya.

    Hi Priya,

For Staandard activity date profile is 000000000001.(Activity: Planned / Actual / Plan Compl.)

Please find below path to find date profile.

    SAP Implementation Guide>Customer Relationship Management>Basic Functions>Date Management>Define Date Profile

Here select the standard Date Profile 000000000001.& go directly to Durations. Here you can configure/find Activity: Actual Total Duration & Activity: Planned Total Duration

Here in duration you can maintain the duration in minutes, hours, days etc.

In your case following settings you can find under Duration tab of date profile 000000000001

Activity: Planned Total Duration 5 Day

Activity: Actual Total Duration 1 Minute

    Best Regards,

    Rajendra
