Error: Of material 8945868468, only 0.000 PC are available on desired date

Hi experts,

While creating Stock Transport order for storage location to storage location in the same plant. I am getting an warning message as "Of material 8945868468, only 0.000 PC are available on desired date", But the material is available in stock.

Even I am not able to create delivery in the transaction VL10B.

Please help me to create delivery and why is this warning message?

This is due to fact that, material is not available on desired date...as per checking rules in availability check.#

Available stock should be in Unrestricted category with relevant Batch/Valuation type. Pl check.

Also check Actual Goods Iusse date in Outbound Delivery & Date of goods receipts when last goods receipt is posted.

Hi,

Go To MMBE and see if there is any valuation type maintained like UT Ta or so

the stock may exist in the particular plant but in different storage location. so please check ur sto. location in delivery and the sto. location of the stock

the stock may exist as a reserved stock such as safety stock.

Yes can be, are you sure that you have stock for the batch number you have entered. And that this stock is available, means no allocated to a reservation or picket for a delivery to a customer etc.

Hi,

The warning message you are getting in STO Order is due to availability check.

Please check the availability check settings & also the above warning message doesn't prevent you from creating delivery.

Please check whether the Shipping tab is determined in your STO order & check whether you are getting any error messages in VL10B.

Shipping tab is present in the STO and there are no messages in VL10B(no warning or error messages).

MD04 will tell you where is stock will be consumed

Did you checked in MD04, there you can see against which order what is lying and check make the necessary changes.
