Error While applying patch to SAP_BASIS component in solution manager

Dear Techies,

Thanks alot for your prompt responses.

I am Patching my Solutionn manager Box for SAP_BASIS Component.Prsently it is on "SP16", I am trying to patch to "SP17".

after Completing all the steps it is giving the below mentioned error.

Conflicts Between Add-On ST 400 and Support Packages

Component Release Support Package Information on

Conflict Resolution

SAP_BASIS 700 SAPKB70017 CRT: NOT-SUPPORTED

"CRT:NOT-SUPPORTED"

How to go about in this situation.

Hi,

You cannot apply SAP_BASIS 700 SP17. You have to upgrade to SolMan 7.0 EhP1, which is based on Netweaver 7.0 EhP1. Hence the next SAP_BASIS version applicable for you is 701. Please check below thread describing similar issue:

Hi Kiran,

You would need to proceed by moving to SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0 with required SP level.

For this, you would need to download the complete ABAP and JAVA support pack stacks for the target SP level.

Then, you can update the Java stack using JSPM and ABAP stack using SAINT

Hi,

It's not possible to import SAP_BASIS 700 Support Package 17 (SAPKB70017) or above. No physical Conflict Resolution Transport (CRT) is available to eliminate this conflict .you must upgrade to Solution Manager 7.0 EhP1.
