SAP Error

Hi,

I'm running into an issue with SAP 7.20 when I turn on office integration to excel, it gives a runtime error of 1004 application defined or object defined error. I'm running office 2010 and I get the error on both Vista and XP (32bit). Any suggestions?

Hello,

Office 2010 is relatively new so first, I would patch the SAPGUI to the latest level available.

SAPgui patches can be found @ service.sap.com/swdc -> support packages and patches -> Browse Download Catalog -> SAP Frontend components -> SAP gui for windows.

Hi,

I've already installed the latest patch level 8 and i'm still running into the same problem. This works just fine on windows 7 but on vista / xp there are visual basic runtime errors that appear when turning on office integration. Office has been reinstalled multiple times.

Is 33-bit or 64-bit office installed ?
