How To Increase Automatic Promotions

How to increase the automatic promotion to the employees ?

I am configuring the steps as follows

Path: spro -> img -> payroll -> payroll india ->basic salary for india.

Pc00_m40_bsp this program provides the promotions to the employees.the system checks the age of the employees.

V_t7inb8 - in this table maintain the age of employee.it will check the payscale group and levels.

V_t7inb9- we maintain the number of increments based on the appraisal points.

But i am not able to get the solution.

Please help me...
