business area for non confirmance cost

without business area is it possible to capture non confirmance cost from notification?

because in spro we need to assign business area Quality Management  Quality notification  Notification processing Define costing parameterAccount assignment of QM order

as i removed buiness area from config as finance dept is not going to use the same

i am not able assign QM order to notification

there is any methode is there to assign the order to notification with out business area
