MRS - Colour Highlighting Demands

Hi

Hoping you can help. I have a requirement from a client to highlight demands in MRS based upon their User Status. I've had a look through the IMG and can't see anywhere obvious for this to be done. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

Client is running MRS 9.0
