Dear PM Guru's,

as per requirement reporting purpose, client asking Breakdown history report with month wise which machine went more breakdowns in that particular month. I tried in MCI7 its showing hours of Time to repair, time between repair and mean time to repair, mean time between repair. Even i am trying MCJB, in this report we can't get date wise, here we have to enter total equipments or individual equipments. But my client management seeking such a report when management enters Month and execute the report they have to get total machines breakdown history with cummulative value and out of that cummulative value which machine went more times breakdown or which machine have high cummulative value? even i tried in IW69 also but its not giving cummulative values its showing individual date wise hours.

So, i am requesting you all please help me to find the solution.

regards

jalu

Hi Ketul,

Very Nice report. But its not solved my purpose. its showing the individual machine wise total breakdown hours, when i kept in descending order / asscending order system not shows the total wise highest breakdown hours.

But after somuch exploring i got the solution by using MCI3 (Location Analysis) i am getting there machine wise total breakdown hours at the same time i got the high expenditure machine list also.

Please execute IW29 report with the month period, in the output press Control+F8 (i.e. to change layout), select breakdown, breakdown duration, breakdown unit, equipment and description of technical object. From top. you will be able to do a subtotal of the breakdown hours and also a total.

You need not export this to excel, it is a pretty good report. You can sort the report, equipment wise, which will suffice your need.

Ketul

Hi

You can achieve this report by MCI7 itself.

Export the data into Excel Pivot table and work with Excel to achieve the desired way of output.

You select only the month in the report filter box in pivot table. And select the month you want the report. This will provide all the equipments, which had breakdown in that month.

In the sum required section of pivot table, you add the actual breakdown field and you can have the cumulative results.
