Hi,
Is there any outbound idoc which gives a status of the idocs like we have one for inbound(ALEAUD01) status idoc.
Can you please confirm this
regards
alok
Hello,
it is the ALEAUD01 too, e.g. you would send it out using the ALE Config. This is normal in an ALE Scenario. The only issue is that you have to schedule to program to send the ALEAUD back. I have triggered that from the regular IDOC processing with a custom function module so that there is no time delay sending it. Further my version sends only one IDOC back vs. the standard one collects all IDOCs of the same message type and sends it back. Then you have to separate them in XI.
Cheers
Stefan

Please do the following in your R/3 system.
1. Goto we21, in the R/3 logical system , then outbound parameters add ALEAUD.
2. Create a varaint for the report RBDSTATE in se38 with the message type you want to trigger the acknowledgement.
3. Now goto sm36 , create a background job for the varaint.
you can provide the start conditions such as daily , periodic intervals ,
4. Goto sm37 , release the job you created.

Thank you for the answer, but I have problem with ALEAUD Idoc. If I execute the RBDSTATE report with my message type and date Idoc Changed ( current day) the message "No parties are interested in the selected data" appears. I execute the report after the Idoc arrives to R/3 sytem. Do you know what I'm doing wrong ?
