Change Portal title name (where is "portal.html.head.title" in 7.3)

Hi all,

we want to change our portal title name under 7.3

In 7.0 there are a lot of documents how to do this...

E.g.

Step by Step How to Change Title of the SAP Enterprise Portal

In 7.3 we found nothing. Can anybody help us?
