CO-PA Extraction

At our company, whenever R/3 CO-PA realignment is done, the delta of CO-PA extractor for BW loading stops working. We are deleting the delta queue in RSA7 and doing re-init after realignment. Re-init is taking lot of time obviously about 17 hrs.

Has not SAP AG come up with a solution to fix so far?

No, Realignment destroies Delta handling (see Note 400576 about). According to me it depends on the frequency of realignment: you could try to reproduce in BW the realignment mechanism and than execute Init with no data trasfer once again.
