Hi Gurus

Kindly clarify the query

The business has provided a list of condition types with the different GL accounts that has to be posted and also different Accrual GL accounts.

Have we need to create new account keys in order to post the Accrual GL accounts.

1. Adv allowance - 443040 , 502120

2. Store Opening - 443050, 502220

3. Rep Commission - 443060, 502320 etc

My doubts is there are different accrual (GL) accounts .

Do we need to create customized accrual GL accounts apart from ERU?

Hi,

Basically the account determination is based on the condition technic, hence you have multiple choice of maintaing the determination rule, following are the basic determination rules:

Mat Grp / Acc. Key

Customer Grp / Acc Key

Mat Grp / Cust Grp / Acc Key

Apart from the above you can create you own tables for the determination process. But always in Acc Key will be the key element.

if so, then yes you need to have one account key per G/L account.
