how to packaging in sap b1?

I am new in sap b1.i am enable register setup with sap b1,so please help me

Q:-I have create setup.exe and .ard file successfully i am enable to register addon.

when i try to register addon the following error occured--- An unhandled win32 exception occured in 1316509635setup.exe[3724].
