Payroll Posting Program RPCIPE00 is not selecting any employee

Dear experts,

We have activated New G/L in our system. Earlier we were able to do posting through program RPCIPE00 (PC00_M99_CIPE). Now program RPCIPE00 is not working. It is not selecting any employee, however program RPCIPE00_OLD is working. Please advice
