Is it possible to download some trial/demo version of SAP software??

Hello,

Is there any SAP demo/trial version which I could use to learn more about SAP software, for example how to create specific reports, for mastering SQL Queries, learn more about ABAP programming etc

I hope someone can supply with more information regarding this and even better send me some useful download link which would help me out.
