SEM-BPS Web interface - Recommendations for client side

Hi all,

Newbie on SEM-BPS, I have to test a Web Interface SEM-BPS and I would like to know what are minimum material and software recommendations for client side: processor, memory, browser(type, version...), connection(ADSL, 56Kps...).

Our Web interface includes Excel sheets and pictures.

Hello Nicolas,

the current version of BPS web interface is based on BSP pages in HTMLB DESIGN2003. Please refer to SAP note 598860 for browser requirements.

If you want to use Excel in the Web interface, you need MS Office 2000 or higher (also see note 738344).

In general for hardware and software requirements for SAPGUI including Web please see note 26417.

Hello Nicolas

Form my side I say:

512 MB RAM

Broswer: IE

Processor: 1700

Connection: ADSL

Do not economize in RAM. Sometime I use 56KPS but only for few minutes. GO for ADSL.
