Define the new resource in V_T7XSSSERRES and link it to your portal page.

Define the new service in V_T7XSSSERSRV and link it to your resource.

Define a new sub area in V_T7XSSSERSARB

Assign your service to the new sub area in V_T7XSSSERSAR

Finally, add your new sub area to the existing area in V_T7XSSSERAR

Have a look at this wiki as well:

Hi rahul,

Is your Holiday calaender a service or subarea ?

If it is subarea ,add to Area page. It will come in Area page.

If it is service , create service , give portal path in URL to PCD Page(As shown in Doc in the above links). Add the service into Sub Area.

Thanks,

Surekha.

Hi Rahul,

If the Holiday Calendar is a HTML/PDF or any other document type, upload it into KM and create a KM Document iView. If it is a Web Dynpro JAVA/ABAP application, create the corresponding Web Dynpro JAVA/ABAP iView. Then add this iView to ESS role and provide the PCD ID of the iView in the service.

Hi Rahul,

Firstly ,

Logon to R/3 and go to SPRO transaction -> SAP Reference IMG->Cross Application Components->Homepage Frame work ->Define subarea -->where subarea add new entries --now go to the stanadrad work time related area add -->created subarea to the area now u can see the sub area in workign time area in the portal.
