User Exit for service entry sheet

Dear Gurus,

I have an scenerio that is restriction for service entry sheet creation.

We have activated the tracking number concept for each user in my client in PR & PO's which is to be restricted by authorization object for each user.

Now my client is asking the same restriction in the creation of SES, (ie) for the particular authourization tracking number user has to only create the SES from the PO.

So is there any enhancement(badi or user exit) for SES creation;

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Vimal
