SAP Management Console -- J2EE start up Problem - Help me

Dear all,

I am using Win XP ,and on that my Netweaver Developer Studio and WAS 6.3 are present.

But yesterday i did System Restore(Win XP System Restoration) , and after that , at the time of starting the Central Services and Central Instance of WAS , both message server and enqueue server are going online (Shows Green Colour on that node) and the Central Instance node ,J2EE server Process, node going to yellow colour and instantly becomes in Ash Colour(goes offline)...

I tried a number of times and the result was the same one.

Is there any option to restore the original state of my J2EE server process , using any technique, or options on the SAP MMC.?

If any one can , then help me with suitable links related to resolve my problems..

With Regards..

Could you provide us error logs under the <SID>\<Instance ID>\work?

In your case, log file dev_server0 or others that have errors might have some hints if your restoration were O.K w.r.t. file system.

Thanks.

Hi,

I am not sure if i wil be able to help directly.. i can give u a suggestion..system restore keeps ur personal data files intact.. but it might remove files related to applications if they where created after the restore point.. Try undo ing the last restoration and check if u r MMC is workin....
