installing WAS 6.40 with MAXDB on Solaris 9 - maxdb cd/dvd?

Hi,

We are trying to install WAS 6.40 with MAXDB on Solaris 9. As we go through the install, the sapinst asks for the RDBMS CD/DVD. Where can we find the MAXDB cd/dvd? BTW, can we use the 'Netweaver 04 sr1 java dvd' to get WAS installed on maxdb? Or is the maxdb version for solaris available elsewhere?
