UWL Actions are not getting removed even after setting the list

Hello Experts,

We want to exclude few UWL actions, for this I included the set of actions in "List of UWL Actions to Exclude" property. To my dismay its not get getting reflected. I tried doing UWL cache refresh but to no effect. I am still able to see actions which we dont want.

What could be the reason?

Thanks

Hi,

Are you doing the changes to the correct iView?

Can you give some example of an action that you try to exclude? How did you add (what word did you use) add that to the list of actions to exclude?

Of course the excluded actions should be removed for all items, but did you check if your changes work for newly created work items (items that you created after you changed the property)?

What is your patch level for UWL? There is a bug on this, that is solved by applying the lest patches for UWLJWF.

Please evaluating the answers you are contributing for the SDN keep growing.

Hello,

I tried with entering actions with space in between but to no luck.

My UWLJWF version is 7.01 sp7

Can this be a bug in my patch level?

Did you check OSS for notes? Are you able to find some note for this problem? There you should find the information that which patch you will need.
