How to add PERNER Number in Employee leave Request

Hi Gurus,

when a employee apply leave through portal , the manager should get the employee leave request along with hi/her perner number in Manager UWL .

because there are multiple employess with the same name who reports to him.

Note:- when i checked in the R/3 i found a field "Name formate" in PA30-> personal data. is this is linked with the display of name while applying the leave in portal.

please throw some light on this.

Hi Saurabh,

Add the Applicant perner number to the work item text for the task TS12300097 like below.

&_WI_OBJECT_ID.OWNER.NAME&'s ( Applicant Perner number ) Leave Request
