How to add PERNER Number in Employee leave Request

Hi Gurus,

when a employee apply leave through portal , the manager should get the employee leave request along with hi/her perner number in Manager UWL .

because there are multiple employess with the same name who reports to him.

Note:- when i checked in the R/3 i found a field "Name formate" in PA30-> personal data. is this is linked with the display of name while applying the leave in portal.

please throw some light on this.
