Material relevant for planning but not relevant for costing

I want to plan for a material, but i don't want it to be costing relevant in the BOM (I want it to issue it to cost center). How can I achieve this?

I know if i set that material as bulk, it will not be costing relevant but the problem with the setting is it will not plan the material in MRP too.

any ideas?
